应聘者需要符合以下要求：
1. 建筑学学士（或同等学历）以上学位；
2. 应聘者在建筑事务所有3年以上工作经验，参与并完成过实施的大型项目。对建筑有
比较完整、清晰地认识和理解，对国家及地方有关规范法规等有一定了解。
3.具有一定其它相关专业（结构及其它设备专业）设计的概念，对于扩初设计和施工图
设计的内容和要求极为熟悉，熟练专业材料信息和各个施工阶段
4. 有很强的团队领导能力，能够带领以及辅导团队从设计实施上把握项目的整体设
计，进度和实施；
5. 应聘者性格热情外向，能够配合办公室的高速工作节奏，同时有极强沟通能力。有
能力合理排序并且同期处理多任务；
6. 对于软件应用精通： AutoCAD、sketchup
熟悉：Rhino、Photoshop、InDesign，
基本应用：Office办公软件
O 助理建筑师
应聘者需符合以下要求:
1. 有建筑本科或以上的学位
2. 1-2年的工作经验，具备很强的建筑设计水平和感觉。
3. 具备较强沟通能力，富于工作热情及团队合作精神，具备良好的职业道德及文化素
养。严谨的工作态度，饱满的建筑热情，严谨的时间观念。
4. 必须熟练技术： AutoCAD、Rhino、sketchup
熟悉：Photoshop、InDesign、Grasshopper等软件。
基本应用：Office办公软件
5. 中英文佳者优先
O 建筑设计实习生
申请人需要符合以下要求：
我们随时欢迎优秀的建筑学生来加入我们的设计团队实习。
1. 有建筑本科或以上的学位;
2. 实习基础必须以3个月以上为实习期申请。
3. 擅长制作模型，有较强的手工制作能力
4. 掌握软件： AutoCAD、Rhino、sketchup
5. 基本应用Office办公软件

-Strong communication skills.Fluency in English is highly preferred
